    How do I place an order? top

    You can place an order through our website at any time that you would like.  We will also post pictures of our new products on our Facebook page with a link to our website.  You can also comment under the picture with your email address, size, and state (for tax purposes) and we can invoice you. 

    What payment methods are accepted? top

    We accept payments through Paypal but you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use it.  You can pay with your Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

    How much is shipping? top

    Shipping is FREE on all website purchases! 
    Facebook comment sales will have shipping charges noted on the picture of the item. 

    When does my order ship? top

    Ready-to-ship items ship within 7 business day of
    cleared payment (most of the time sooner).  If the order is a pre-order (which is noted in the
    description), it will have an estimated ship time in the description.

    What is a pre-order and when should I expect pre-orders to be shipped? top

    All of pre-order items are in very limited quantity in each size, so to ensure that you will get the size that you need and it does not sell out, it is best for you to pre-order it.  The items will have an estimated ship date noted. 

    How are my orders shipped? top

    We use USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation unless you would like us to use another form of shipment which you will have to pay for the differences in price of shipment.  Please contact us to arrange for a different type of shipment. 

    What if we have not received our order even though the deliver confirmation says "delivered"? top

    Once an order is dropped off at the post office, we do not have any
    control over it anymore.  Sometimes the post office will not update the
    tracking information until after the package has arrived at it's
    destination.  If you have any questions about your package or if you
    have not received it, please let us know immediately so we can look into
    it.  We are not responsible for any orders that are lost in the mail. 
    Thus we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your orders so
    that you will be protected just in case a shipment is lost in the mail. 
    If you would like to purchase insurance for your shipment, please let
    us know.

    What is the return/exchange policy? top

    WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT.  You need to do the following:
    • E-mail us at sewsewadorable@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order to let us know
    • It must be returned in it's original condition with tags still attached and in it's original packaging, unworn/unwashed. 
    • After approval, we will send you instructions on how to return it to us.
    • If the item was defective, we will pay for shipping back to us.  Otherwise, you will have to pay for shipping back to us.
    If you inform us after 3 days of receiving it, we have the right to refuse it at our discretion.  We recommend that you get insurance from USPS when returning your item.  We are not responsible for not receiving the return. 

    After we process your return, we will issue you a store credit or exchange it per your request.  In case we do not have the item that you want to exchange for, we will issue you a store credit.  If the item is returned to us not in it's original condition, we will refuse your request and return it to you and you will have to pay the return shipping.

    NOTE:  Clearance sales are final sale.  No returns or exchanges.

    Do you charge Sales Tax? top

    Our web store office is located in California.  We charge sales tax to all orders shipped to California addresses as required by state law.

    Privacy Policy top

    We understand the importance of privacy and security.  All the information that is gathered from you is for the sole purpose of delivering your order to you on time.  We do not sell or share your information to any third parties.
